DOWNLITE operates a couple different plants in the USA. Depending on the item you ordered delivery times may differ.
Typically, your package should reach you within 3-9 days of placing an order. If you ordered a mattress pad it will likely ship from our Monroe, NC plant. Any other items are likely to ship from our Mason, OH plant.
Most items are shipped in separate boxes so if you only receive part of your order it is likely in transit and should arrive soon.
Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping and typically use UPS for most orders.
